1. General Conditions

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Firearm Sales & Legal Compliance

Federal Law: All firearms and regulated receivers must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder.
Age Requirements: You must be 18 years or older to purchase rifles or shotguns and 21 years or older to purchase pistols or receivers, subject to state and local laws.
Local Restrictions: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any item purchased (including the SCR®, MCR®, or Herring®) is legal in their specific city, county, and state. FightLite® USA reserves the right to cancel orders that violate local compliance laws.

3. Accuracy of Information

We strive for precision in our technical specifications and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. In the event of a pricing error, FightLite® USA reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, graphics, logos, images, and patents—is the property of FightLite® USA or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws. FightLite®, SCR®, MCR®, and Herring® are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

FightLite® USA shall not be liable for any compensatory, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Firearm safety is the sole responsibility of the user. Always follow the safety instructions provided in the official product manual.

6. Shipping & Returns

Regulation: Regulated items ship only to verified FFL dealers. Non-regulated accessories ship directly to the customer.
RMA Requirement: No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Restocking Fee: Returns on non-defective items may be subject to a restocking fee.

7. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; or (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
