FFL Transfer & Dealer Information
Federal Firearms License (FFL) Requirements
Pursuant to federal law, FightLite® USA cannot ship firearms, lower receivers, or any regulated components directly to your home. These items must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder in your state of residence.
Whether you are purchasing a complete SCR® rifle, an MCR® dual-feed system, or an SCR® lower receiver, the following protocol ensures a smooth and legal transfer.
How to Complete Your Purchase:
Select Your FFL Dealer: Before or immediately after placing your order, identify a local gun shop or licensed dealer who will accept the transfer for you.
Submit the License: Have your chosen dealer email a signed, legible copy of their FFL to support@fightliteusa.com.
Important: Please ask your dealer to include your Order Number and Full Name in the subject line of the email.
Shipping & Tracking: Once we have verified the dealer’s license, your order will be processed for shipment to their business address. You will receive a tracking number via email once the package departs our Melbourne, FL facility.
Pick Up & Background Check: When your firearm arrives at the dealer, you will go to their location to complete the required ATF Form 4473 and undergo a NICS background check.
Compliance & Restrictions
FightLite® USA is proud to manufacture the SCR®, the industry-leading 50-state legal platform. However, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the specific configuration ordered is legal in their local jurisdiction. We recommend confirming with your receiving FFL that they are willing to accept and transfer the specific model you have purchased.
