Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing FightLite® USA. We are committed to delivering our aerospace-grade firearms and components with speed and precision. Please review our shipping protocols, especially regarding regulated items.

1. Regulated vs. Non-Regulated Items

  • Firearms & Receivers: Per federal law, all regulated items (complete rifles, pistols, and lower receivers) cannot be shipped to a residential address. They must be shipped to a verified Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder.

  • Accessories & Parts: Non-regulated items, such as uppers, wood furniture sets, and small parts, ship directly to your provided shipping address.

2. Processing Times

  • In-Stock Items: Orders for non-regulated accessories typically process within 2–4 business days.

  • Firearm Orders: Processing begins once we receive a valid, signed copy of your dealer’s FFL. Delays in FFL submission will delay your shipment.

  • Custom Builds: Specialized platforms like the MCR® or custom SCR® configurations may require additional lead time.

3. Shipping Methods & Rates

We utilize major carriers (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) to ensure secure delivery.

  • Standard Shipping: Ground service for accessories and parts.

  • Firearm Shipping: All handguns (Raider/Bandito) ship via expedited air service as required by carrier policies. Long guns (SCR/MCR/Herring) ship via Ground.

  • Insurance: All firearm shipments include full insurance and require an adult signature upon delivery.

4. Restrictions by State

FightLite® USA complies with all federal, state, and local laws.

  • We ship the SCR® to all 50 states; however, we will not ship items to jurisdictions where they are prohibited by law.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the item is legal in their area before ordering. Orders placed for restricted items may be cancelled and subject to a restocking fee.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order departs our Melbourne, FL facility, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. For firearm orders, tracking will update once the package is scanned by the carrier en route to your FFL dealer.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the rare event of a shipping discrepancy:

  • Damaged Items: Inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If a firearm is damaged, do not complete the transfer; leave it with the FFL and contact us immediately.

  • Missing Items: Claims for missing parts or accessories must be made within 72 hours of delivery.

7. International Shipping

At this time, FightLite® USA only ships within the United States. We do not ship to international addresses or APO/FPO addresses for regulated items.
