Refund & Return Policy

At FightLite® USA, we stand behind the quality of our American-made firearms and components. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with the return and refund process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused, and unaltered condition, including all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

  • Regulated Items: Firearms and receivers (SCR®, MCR®, etc.) cannot be returned once the legal transfer has been completed by your FFL dealer. Please inspect your firearm thoroughly at the dealer before signing the transfer paperwork.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Firearms that have been fired or transferred from an FFL.

  • Products that show signs of installation, wear, or modification.

  • Ammunition, cleaning solvents, or hazardous materials.

  • Special order or custom-configured builds.

3. Return Process (RMA Required)

No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  1. Request an RMA: Email support@fightliteusa.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Packaging: Securely pack the item in its original box. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  3. Shipping: Except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance, as FightLite® USA is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

4. Restocking Fees

To maintain the highest quality standards, all returned items undergo a rigorous technical inspection.

  • A 15% restocking fee may be applied to returned items to cover inspection and processing costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Refund Issuance

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, Cryptocurrency, or Zelle) within 7–10 business days.

  • For cryptocurrency refunds, the refund will be issued based on the USD value at the time of the original transaction.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is defective or was damaged during shipping, please contact our Melbourne, FL facility immediately. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label and prioritize the repair or replacement of your item under our Warranty Policy.
